From Nürnberg:

Highway No. A9 in the direction of München - Exit Freimann - After the exit turn left into Heidemannstrasse and drive straight on - At the last traffic-light turn right into Freisinger Landstrasse - Turn left at the first traffic-light on Freisinger Landstrasse into Floriansmühlstrasse - Drive straight on until you reach the gate of the BR (Bayerischer Rundfunk)

From Salzburg:

Highway No. A99 until you reach the Autobahnkreuz (highway crossing) "München Nord" - Turn into highway No. A9 in the direction of München - Exit Freimann - After the exit turn left into Heidemannstrasse and drive straight on - At the last traffic-light turn right into Freisinger Landstrasse - Turn left at the first traffic-light on Freisinger Landstrasse into Floriansmühlstrasse - Drive straight on until you reach the gate of the BR (Bayerischer Rundfunk)

From Airport:

Take S-Bahn (suburban train) No. S8 from the airport terminal to Unterföhring (4 stops) - From here the IRT is easily reached by taxi (about 5 km)

From Main Station:

In Munich Main Station (München Hauptbahnhof) you will find signs directing you to the S-Bahn (suburban trains) - Follow the signs directing you towards the platform for "Richtung Ostbahnhof" - At Marienplatz (2 stops) change for the U-Bahn, following the signs directing you towards the platform for "Münchner Freiheit" - Take U-Bahn No. U6 into the direction Garching-Hochbrück or Fröttmaning - Get off at "Studentenstadt" (8th stop) - From here the IRT is easily reached by bus or by taxi (about 3 km) - You can also get off at "Freimann" (9th stop) and reach the IRT in about 20 minutes on foot.
