Radio Transmission Systems

The "Broadcast Engineering Systems" department works on issues concerning the broadcasting of analogue and digital radio and television programmes including data services (which accompany broadcasting programmes) via terrestrial transmitters, cable and satellite.

Moreover, we are active in the fields of transmitter technology, measuring techniques for transmitters and aerial technology. We also deal with questions of compatibility between various broadcasting and non-broadcasting services.
