MPEG Lip-Sync Test
IRT’s MPEG lip-sync test stream generator allows modifying regular DVB or MPEG transport streams for use as specific lip-sync test sequences that are most critical to receivers in distribution or contribution networks.
Decoders in receivers which successfully decode such modified bit-streams can be considered as a reference with accurate lip-sync timing, and can serve as measurement decoder in a general infrastructure.
