10/15/2007 — Frequency analysis system FRANSY: new version available

The new FRANSY version (V.2.4.0) is available as from now.

In addition to various minor improvements the users of the new FRANSY frequency analysis tool now have the ability to control the conformity of plan implementations compared with the plan data. This is not only possible under the rules of the Final Acts GE06 but also under enhanced criteria such as additional propagation models or test point sets.
